To be fair, I don\u2019t remember a decent amount of it. And so, you have this own perception, because you\u2019re in this bubble of what it looked like and what it seemed like and it\u2019s hard to see that clearly. Or like, maybe I won\u2019t tell this one group of friends. And that\u2019s that in the back your mind just like, well, if I want to drink just in case, I\u2019m not going to tell these people. Well, I think you listed everything there, you didn\u2019t give me you didn\u2019t give me anything left to talk about.<\/p>\n<h2>Be Healthier<\/h2>\n<p>Imagine them as fish passing in front of you. It begins a process of \u00abthinking of thinking\u00bb and as strange as it may seem, it helps pull you out so you can calmly observe from afar. Often times, when we start to feel the pull of liquor, calling us to a relapse, <a href=\"https:\/\/ecosoberhouse.com\/article\/what-reasons-for-you-to-stay-sober\/\">reasons to stay sober<\/a> it&#8217;s because we start thinking of the \u00abgood\u00bb times (which were bad times but with rose-tinted, tunnel vision).
